Discovery Call​ 

• We will arrange a 30 minute call to chat about your project. This gives me the chance to understand your projects needs and for us to get to know each other.
   

Initial Site Visit

• This is where we get into the nitty gritty of the project. I will attend a site visit to gather a detailed brief and get to know you and your project in more detail. This visit is chargeable to the cost of £100 for all projects within 30 miles of SO18. Additional travel may be required for travel outside of this but this will be detailed in our discovery call. The cost of the visit is deducted from the fee proposal.

• We will discuss initial ideas, your inspiration and define the objectives for the project.
   

Fee Proposal

• After the site visit I will return a fee proposal to you. This will be tailored to your project needs and detail the scope of the project and associated fees.

• Each fee proposal is broken down into stages. You are under no obligation to complete every stage with me. You can tailor the support to suit your requirements.
   

Concept Design

• Once the fee proposal has been accepted and contracts have been signed, we can start the fun stuff!

• This is where we outline the design direction for the project. Looking at inspiration, mood boards, layout, to name but a few!

• Feedback is vital at this stage, so we will work collaboratively to ensure our visions align before heading into the detailed design phase.
   

Detailed Design

• This phase involves the meticulous planning of every inch of your home. We will cover detailed space planning, electrical and lighting design, bespoke joinery, material selection, the list goes on.

• We will also start the tender process for trades and suppliers.
   

Design Delivery

• I can be on-hand to co-ordinate the design project management phase. This can range from site visits to check on design implementation with trades, right through to furniture installation and turnkey services.
